We will post an optional workout but feel free to bring your own programming to open gym. You can use this time to finesse a particular skill, lift, or work with any equipment of your choosing. One our coaches is onsite to help answer any questions.
Our group classes focus on the whole athlete. From our recovery or power yoga classes to our high energy, fun & innovative blend of high intensity intervals, strength and conditioning, spin, circuit, and functional cross-training. Get in great shape while looking and feeling your best!
While we highly encourage our group fitness classes, we know sometimes you may be looking for individualized attention. Work specifically with one of our coaches to help you reach your goals faster than ever.
The key to body composition, optimal health, and fitness gains is diet. Working directly with our certified nutrition coaches, you’ll receive the information you need to develop lifelong healthy eating habits that leave you feeling full rather than deprived and properly fueled to optimize hit your goals in and out of the gym.
Our designated play area is open for kids during hours of operation. Supervised childcare is available during some class times. Currently our hours are M, W, F 8-10am and T, Th 9-10am.
