There’s strength in numbers — literally. While a solo workout can be therapeutic and confidence-boosting, we can all get by with a little help from our friends to get in those extra reps or just to show up!

Calling all runners

Join our 5k a month group at anytime. If you need a running buddy to complete your first or 15th 5k, contact us for details.

Class Blast!

Free classes all morning September 16th, 7-11am! A perfect time to come check out the variety of classes we offer. Classes will change every 20 minutes. Stay for one or stay all morning!
