Our group classes are designed with everyone in mind, offering modifications so you are challenged no matter where you are starting or what your fitness goals are.
Our strength, circuit, dirty thirty, and lifting classes include some type of strength (i.e. bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, sled, or resistance) or barbell weightlifting component (i.e. back squats or power cleans).
Our conditioning, spin/shift/cycle, and dirty thirty classes may include components such as rowing, airbikes or spin bikes, jump rope, TRX, sprints, box jumps/steps or other agility training.
We also offer yoga, stretching, and power yoga (more challenging postures with a faster flow from one posture to the next) classes. Yoga will help to increase flexibility, improve balance, provide stress relief for many participants, and promote better posture and body control. All these yoga benefits are an advantage for those who love to lift and are seeking improved athletic performance!
We encourage everyone to come 5-15 minutes ahead of class time to setup your equipment (i.e. weights, bike, or mat).
